We stayed 2 nights here, though it was a fine experience. It included fine bathroom. We loved the bar, where the breakfast was served. Location was magnificent and marvellous, next to Leamington Spa town centre.

The standard studio was spacious complete with electric oven, shower facilities and microwave. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators etc were much appreciated.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent with shops and cafes nearby. The decor was modern and the bed was comfortable. The host was easily accessible and accommodating.

The studio at Warwick St Studios was absolutely fantastic! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the convenience of having a tumble dryer, toaster, and electric kettle right in the room. It made it so easy to cook and do laundry without having to leave the comfort of my studio. As someone who likes to be self-sufficient when traveling, this room was a dream come true!

The only thing I didn't love about the studio was the tea/coffee maker. It just didn't quite meet my expectations.

The simple and well-presented decor gave it a modern feel, and the lock system was convenient. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I especially enjoyed visiting the beautiful gardens in the area.

Always stay at my favorite spot in Leamington. The staff saved me with late check-in on my first visit. Perfect for my business trips: free Wi-Fi, dryer, kettle, kitchen stuff. Bonus: canoeing, pet-friendly, no smoking. No regrets, I keep coming back for the unbeatable experience!

I really appreciated the beautiful decor of the hotel. The furniture and general areas were well maintained and had a lovely charm to them. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas for rest.

I wish there were more activities or events specifically catered towards senior guests.

On the positive side, the location was excellent, right in the heart of town. The studio itself had just been refurbished, so it was clean and spacious. The shower was great and the bed was comfy.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the strong smell of fresh paint was overpowering and made it hard to enjoy the room.

The nearest airport was so conveniently far away from the hotel, it felt like an adventure just getting there. And the Royal Shakespeare Theatre being 19 km away? What a treat to not have to worry about seeing any world-famous performances.

Oh, and the view from my window? A charming, overflowing wheelie bin collection.
